Stand in valley bottom around dry wash. To the north is a stand of planted Atriplex polycarpha that is almost entirely decadent (on other side of road). A water catchment system was built in this stand. Shrub density higher in east portion. Atriplex lentiformis, Atriplex polycarpa, and Atriplex canescens planted by CDFG. Lots of evidence of rodent activity. Looks like past bioturbation, but may be because of recent rain.
